In short: The only way is up.....................
In full: Ok, so there's some down as well, but when you see a sign on the course that says just that, you just know what's comming.
A great event, the marshalls were very friendly and encouraging. - Just as well, as the hills were somewhat challenging to say the least, but hey, that's what we signed up for.
A great new addition to the circuit - same again next year? - You Bet!

In short: You knew what was coming as those hills were huge, but it was stil brilliant. The organisation was great, accurate mile markers and friendly marshalls. Not pb material, but a really enjoyable run. Can some runners really run up those hills???!!!

In short: A hilly & well organised race with a frendly atmosphere
In full: A hilly & well organised race with a frendly atmosphere. Pity we don't have hills like this in Hampshire. Would definately recommend it to any trail runners

In short: Great event
In full: Very well organised race. A couple of very steep climbs, but well worth the effort of attending. Quite bizarre following the lead vehicle into a field of wheat!

In short: Another excellent race, well organised race from the people that brought us the Rough n Tumble
In full: Very good organisation and marshalling and perfect conditions, great views and a course that while it is not as tough as the Rough n Tumble, or sadistic (in a nice way) as the Terminator, is challenging enough to cater for all tastes and abilities. Well done.

In short: Hills...What hills?! Lumpy Bumpy lived up to it's name!
In full: My first 10 miler this year and what an event to pick! The 1st Lumpy Bumpy was in my opinion a huge success! The whole event was really well organised and very well marshalled, credit to grass roots team, I'll definately be back next year and attempt to run all the way up those hills! And what an amazing view. Luckily the 2nd half was much more friendly and even tho I left a "me" shaped print in one of the fields after meeting a bump at mile 7,(Thanks to those of you who stopped to see if I was ok!) I thouroughly enjoyed it!
Everybody was really friendly and even though I found myself amongst club runners everyone was really encouraging.
Definately be back next year, just for the cakes alone, and maybe my race number will get picked for the trainers?! :o)xxx
Forest..you wanna challenge? Pick this one!

In short: Bring on Lumpy Bumpy 2!!
In full: You know if it's called lumpy bumpy it's going to be hilly - but a fantastic race, marshalling and signs second to none, beautiful setting and more cake than you can shake a stick at.

Couldn't ask for a better way to spend a Sunday morning.
