In short: Great fun tough first 5k but really, really friendly
In full: Great fun tough first 5k all uphill - loved the effort taken to arrange the escaped cow on the main road and the frantic efforts of the local constabulary to cat it !! - really, really friendly - the tea and cakes at the end were a GREAT idea...
Best Welcome I've had (as a non-club plodder)

In short: Nice race, great friendly atmosphere
In full: All in all a very nice race, although there is a bit too much road crossing for my liking. Very friendly atmosphere, good organisation and a great goody bag!

In short: Quick, cheap, fun by the sea.
In full: A marvellous race, and the fantastic scenery was only matched by the attractiveness of the organisers.

In short: Great race in a beautiful part of the country
In full: I thoroughly enjoyed this race. Extremly well organised and efficient, and an excellent goody bag. My boys rate races by the goodies I bring home, and this was thier top one.

The hills on the course were challenging, but most of the ups were in the first half, with a great downhill finish for the last 3-4 km.

I missed my PB by 5 secs, but know where I lost it, so could improve next year.
