In short: This reminded me of being a kid - running down tight alleyways and round supermarket car parks - mostly inofensive but they could do with a route change, particularly to get rid of the bollards in the pathways

In short: challenging first run
In full: hard for a first competitive run, hills at the farm were a bit chellenging. would have been nice not to have to double back on yourself.

In short: downhills made up for the uphills nice comfortable run, just that farm hill but quite short.
In full: the start was a bit tight but was soon thined out,i thought the course was quite a gentle undulating course (thats from a flat running cambridge man) and enjoyed the run a lot.will run again

In short: More challenging that I had thought due to the ondulating course
In full: Marshalls were very good. I didn't like to be handed water in plastic cups though. Very difficult to drink from, bottles would have been a lot better.
Found a bit depressing to have to go back on myself, would prefer route that does not go back on itself.
I thouhgt the course was more hilly than expected from the information and other year's comments (I know it's a new route...), so found it quite challenging and I'm not big friend of hills...
Long-sleeve t-shirt is very nice!

In short: A great race - despite the farm hill
In full: Excellent race but a bit dispirtiting to run down a hill and know you have to run up it again. Beat my planned time though

In short: First time out in my home town - why didn't I race this one sooner?
In full: Very well marshalled but not a particularly clever course as I know the area well and it could have been less tighter than it was. Guess road closures would have been too difficult. Great weather, no real difficult hills and a good mix of runners, I thought it quite a fast field considering. Got a PB as this was my first race over this distance - so will definitely turn out next year.

In short: Sooo many marshalls....well run, bright sunny day..challenging course
In full: Arrived late but everything was so well organised it didn`t seem to matter.Really impressed by the marshalls both in quantity and quality..lots of encouragement.Found the "double-backing" a bit disheartening at first....seeing the frontrunners so far ahead can be soul destroying, however, I ran well and enjoyed the course although a little less town and little more country would have been nice. Felt I ran a good race and my legs certainly feel they have "put the effort in" today.Overall a good morning and one I shall repeat.

In short: Hills, hills, and more hills.......well that's what it felt like to me.
In full: Was told by a friend that this was quite flat, well he couldn't have been more wrong, it was one of the toughest races I've ever done. Amazingly though, I managed to take 3 minutes of my PB. I wouldn't say this would normally be a PB course, but the quality of the field made me really work hard.
The organisation was excellent, and top marks go out to BSRC for their great effort, especially with the marshalling out on the course, they were everywhere.
