In short: An enjoyable race, will do it next year.
In full: An enjoyable race, the only problems were that the start was a little dis-organised, a loud speaker would have been nice. And the finish didn't really point you to the refreshment/ t-shirt collection point. I walked to the start with my wife (she also ran it), we will join the club off the back of this race, due to the friendliness of the marshalls.

In short: Flat, and mainly fast
In full: 1.5km on gravel road & 500m on the school field at the finish take some of the speed away from this course. Having said that, it's still quick and is pretty well organised. Water station was a help yourself situation this year which is difficult when running quickly (I lost most of the water from my cup). Perhaps a few more helpers could have been there, as there seemed to be an excess of marshalls.

Enjoyable event though with a nice atmosphere.

In short: Great race, very fast
In full: Dead chuffed-smashed my PB by over 10 mins!
Lovely morning especially as mist was just lifting off the fields to reveal a glorious autumn day. Thanks to all involved in organisation, I'll be back next year!

In short: Fast flat course perfect weather
In full: I entered it as I knew I was running well and wanted to go for a pb and got one by over a minute.

The weather was perfect - sun starting to break through with no wind. Course was very flat but did get a bit narrow at times and twisty towards the end. Finishing on a muddy field perhaps could be avoided in future?

Only grumble was the MP3 player rule. I looked on the entry form and nothering was mentioned so I asked a marshall before I put my bag away if it was OK to run with one on and was told it was OK. On the start line 2 minutes before the start I was told I'd be disqualified if I wore it - by this time it was too late to do anything with it! Perhaps this could be a clearer in future!

All in all though it was a good race and if you're looing for a fast time this one is one to do.

In short: Flat, loads of marshalls and well organised
In full: First time I've ran this race and was surprised by the large number of runners. Nice flat course (PB for me). Good to see loads of marshalls who were very helpful and great facilities at the new school. Well done to the organisers.
