In short: Improved course, marshalled well as said a small route map would have helped most
In full: I always seem to do quite well at this event due to competition not being as strong as it has been in the past. However I really enjoy the run and would recommend it to anyone, will be definitely be doing it again. The cakes after were really good to!

In full: Well marshalled except for last turn from park into school fields. 1st road crossing could be a problem if held up by road traffic. Course interesting and undulating across fields, final route along canal very good. A map of the course with race details in advance would have helped.

In short: Friendly, not too many people, good facilities, enthusiastic marshalls. Good for novices like me!
