In short: Excellent efficiency and a good course
In full: The start could do with sorting into faster at front etc. There was no proper funnel which thus made it hard for the number takers to write down all the numbers when many runners finished together. Minor points as it was a very, very good event

In short: A nice course
In full: The race deserves a better score as I really enjoyed it, and the marshalls on the course and the volunteers in the water stations were encouraging and great. But somehow the numbers came out a bit low. The organisers need to sort out the start a bit better: people weren't sure when and where to go to get to the start line; and there was no sorting of slower runners (like me!) to the back. But generally it was good fun and an enjoyable morning.

In short: Clockwork organisation, lovely rural route with a sting in the tail.
In full: You don't notice the organisation because it is so slick, well done Tiptree RR. Enjoyable route although beware the final 2 miles!!
