In short: Lovely run on quiet country lanes
In full: Excellent course, starting on the sea front, with views of the needles. Largely flat, on quiet country lanes. Definite PB potential. Last mile is along a busy road, but there is pavement all the way to the finish. Excellent value at £7 to enter on the day.

In short: Well organised run, on the south coast with some local support.
In full: Cracking little event, temperature unbelievably hot for late October and blowing a houlie off of the Solent added to the slight incline. Would have to say PB potential as I broke mine :-)

In short: Well organised. Mildly challenging run.
In full: Orginisation was, as slways, very good. A couple of tricky inclines with the wind in your face but overall a nice course. And the added bonus of good weather !

In short: fast and unhasselled course, well marshalled.
In full: Very chilly start on the sea front but good turn out and relaxed atomsphere before the off. Free parking at the start but this was half a mile from the finish. Course was simple to follow and with only gentle undulations a good time is possible. Good mix of abilities made for good race. Nice welcome at the finish.

In short: mind the curb
In full: This is a good race for those seeking a quick time. Flat for the most part, small incline at 3 miles but downhill finish - just watch that curb!

In short: Good race in a beautiful part of Hampshire
In full: First time at this one. A good local race for me, well organised. No real issues, only thing I wuld change is the position of the marshall at the finish. I would have stopped traffic coming up the hill at the junction with the High St which would have made it a better finish. Otherwise a good race.

In short: Great race. Great scenery around Keyhaven and no traffice problems( until the finish line which could be improved quite easily). Good route thaty apart from a small incline along Lymore Lane offers good pb potential.
