In short: A must for anyone wishing to run a friendly race
In full: It was great again, even better as the rain had stopped and there was very little wind aswell. Got the pb I was looking for and will be looking at building on that for next year and trying to bread the 7min mile barrier.

In short: Back again !!
In full: Ran this last year and at least it was not raining this time.
Used this race as a training run for the London Marathon next year as I had a knee injury that meant I could not run it competetively this time. However I did not want to miss a race I enjoyed last year . Again well organised , friendly with a cool medal and crimbo pud. Will return next year with a PB in mind....only query my watch measured the race 10.2 miles except 10 !!
Did not detract from an enjoyable race.

In short: Excellent course and perfectly organised
In full: Hilly enough to challenge yourself without being too extreme for newer athletes. Marshalling and organisation absolutely spot on, cannot fault anything.

In short: Great end to the running year
In full: In my view there is nothing bad to be said about this race. The scenery is as scenic as it gets in early winter with a mix of country lanes and residential areas though more on the country village side than your housing estate. The traffic was excellently controlled and the marshals were a cheerful and helpful lot. Maybe you would not choose a hilly course if looking for a PB but the quality of the field aids immensely. Congratulations to Sneyd Striders on another excellent event.

In short: Really good 10 miler
In full: Great run once again. Weather much better that last years down pour, but organised just as well. Well done and thankyou to the friendly and supportive marshalls and police.

In short: 2nd time out and glad the weather improved from Saturday and last year. Manager a PB despite being thrown by mile 5 appearing to be in the wrong place and didnt see 6 at all. Marshalling, support and goody bag excellent. A regular date for me

In full: Well organised race, with friendly marshalls and police. Not the most exciting of scenery, but a nice run out before the festive season.
