In short: Thoroughly enjoyed this race In full: Complete novice but ran series race 1 as well. Improved by 2 minutes for the 5.4km. It's easy going and the last part is downhill. Sadly will miss race 3 but will compete next year for sure. Date of review: January 7, 2009
In short: Smashing race, really enjoyed myself In full: I did the 5.4K - came last in Race 1 and again in this one, but over 2 mins quicker! Everyone was very friendly and very supportive and encouraging. Lovely race, very scenic. Organisation like clockwork. Count me in for race 3. Date of review: January 5, 2009
In short: A fab event - derves so much more support. In full: Beautiful location, friendly organisers and chip timing for the price too - brilliant.
Thanks so much for those runners who overtook me & still had breath for encouragement - it meant so much and really helped get me round - this was only my 3rd competitive race and I would recommend to all. Date of review: January 4, 2009

In short: 3 distances, 3 laps, 3 in the series, recommend to all In full: Did 5.4 in Dec, 10.4 today will do 15.4 in Feb. Odd distance so guaranteed pb. Organisers great fun. Simple race, simple memento, great idea. Staged starts so by the end everyone can see someone. Deserves greater support and needs shouting about. Date of review: January 4, 2009
In short: A fantastic 15k! In full: This was race number 2 of the series of 3 that I ran, and the organisation was still second to none. I cant wait to come back in feb and run the last race - everyone is so friendly, the scenery is glorious and it great to breath some fresh forest air on the way round! Im suprised there are not more people entering this race - its great value and you get chip timing too. Really good for such a small event...See you in Feb!! Date of review: January 20, 2008
