In short: Nice course in a great location
In full: After the entry congestion last year we tried to arrive earlier this year. However, we were prevented in doing so by the road near that start being closed and having to go on an enexpected detour. We then got stuck in the 40min+ queues to get in. The race was good as usual but very congested at times - some places are too narrow for the amount of people doing this race! Not helped by groups of people taking the whole path forcing faster runners to go on the grass. Not sure what it is about Woburn but it always brings out the moans!

In short: Woburn is an excellent place, but the finish line was a poor, poor choice.

In short: Overall, a good race with good atmosohere. I do the Woburn race twice a year & always thoroughly enjoy it!
In full: Woburn is a wonderful race to do as I always find it very well run. The scenery is lovely & makes it an enjoyable experience. The Feb/March race is always FREEZING, but I am now used to that. The only problem is that there was a delay in starting because there was a backlog of traffic to enter the park. Although you know it is busy, it is considerate if everyone arrives early to prevent other racers from freezing to death at the start gate!
