In full: Ran with my 3 kids aged 7,12 and 15 enough of a chellenge for any of them if they wanted it. Organisation on the day was very good and the bag offered great value for teh entry price compared with haves etc that i have run in the past. - Well done to all concerned and thanks

In full: I did the Sheffield event. It was my first race so i havent anything to compare it against but i really enjoyed it, great goody bag and a really nice atmosphere! My only criticism would be that it wasnt well signposted and not being from the area i wasnt sure i was in the right place! Overall i think it was really good and i had a great time :)

In short: Beginner Friendly Fun Run
In full: This is a perfect beginners race with not a club vest in sight! Nice flat-ish course around Sefton Park in Liverpool, with every entrant running for a charity of some sort. This is an inclusive and fun event for the whoe family rather than a competitive race. Measured exactly 5k according to my Garmin and the Goody bag was absoloutely packed with stuff - very pleased with it.
The warm up guy was a scary sight in those lycra shorts though!
