In short: Muddy marvelous
In full: My fourth go at the KC and first in fancy dress. Excellent organisation as always, a hilly, slippery, muddy course and nice t-shirt and goodies (including soup) at the end.
Thank you Dr Rob and the marshals, thoroughly enjoyable

In short: Hurts like hell but I keep coming back for more
In full: The excellent organisation and atmosphere was no surprise but it was great to be blessed by glorious weather after all the wind and rain over Christmas. This was my 5th KC which seems to make me one of the veterans. Finished just outside of one hour so I guess that means I will need to come back and give it another crack. Thanks to Rob and all his team.

In short: mud, weather and carrots all beautifully organised
In full: Would love to give this 120% overall but will at least give it 100% PB potential for my fastest (and first) race in a dress ever. Fantastic fun, perfect atmosphere created by Dr Rob, the marshalls and spectators and the runners. Only problem is I need a dress that wicks and breathes for next year!

In short: Absolutely mental (in a good way) experience. Great way to start the New Year!
In full: Over all a fantastic experience, with great organization and marshaling.

The course is both interesting and challenging; fancy dress is a must! (already planning next years).

Hills, mud, great medal and a very fast finish.

Thank you for the soup, roll and carrot :0)
