In short: Well organised race and good introduction to trial running.
In full: Well organised, good support from Marshalls, nice momento (better than bum bag!!!) very good value for money. Nice to see results out very quickly.

Would like to see some sort of mile/or percentage of race complete markers so you can guage pace.

In short: My very first race. I'll be back to improve my PB!
In full: This is my first race after a few months of training. Despite arriving on my own I was soon chatting to other competitors and the atmosphere was very friendly. The organisation was spot on with marshalls and water at 4 and 8 miles. I managed 1:34:24 helped with pacing from another friendly runner (Thanks). The souvenir was fantastic for a £7 entry fee. I'll be back next year.

In short: The one race I do every year
In full: Quite a change to last year, no slipping involved, and a lot faster. Funny how I blanked out the hills though...Course is well planned through superb scenery, marshalls are great, organisation is spot on. This was the first race I ever ran, and is solely responsible for getting me hooked on trail/x-country races. Great idea for a memento. Big thanks to all involved.

In short: I always enjoy this friendly race in beautiful surroundings. The hills grow steeper over the years but the lack of mud yesyerday resulted in a PB for the event!
