In short: up-hill out, down-hill back!
In full: Hills make this a bit tougher than a flat 5m, but the whole set-up is great for a day out - especially good fun-run after the main event and the duck races were great fun for the kids.

In short: Zanny but fun but limited spectator options apart from begining/end therfore it is important that the marshalls are suppotive, encouraging and motivational which they were

In short: Lovely friendly race, with lots to keep the rest of the family happy.
In full: Out and back course, with almost all the uphills on the way out, which made for nice return. The out and back also means you know what's coming, plus you get a chance to see runners at the front of the field, which for mid-packers like me is a bonus. Is combined with a village fete, so there was a barbecue, tombolas and even a flypast by a vintage Dakota. Excellent way to spend a Sunday. Oh, and nice t-shirt too!

In short: Great up and down.
In full: Well organised, as always.
Nice testing run, mostly up hill for 2.5 miles, turn around and bomb it back down.
I will be back to try and trim off a few seconds next year.
Well done Wymeswold.
Rich.
