In short: Great event
In full: Well done to all involved, an excellently organised event, testing but fair course, good support and above average goodie bag. Look forward to doing it all again next year!

In short: excellent race, marshals everywhere, friendly crowd
In full: Excellent race, no real negatives. Though podium medals or even just easter eggs for the winners would be nice.

In short: Great event with a couple of nice climbs thrown in!
In full: CONAC do put on a decent race and this one is no exception. Great marshalling, good race HQ and a good medal and goody bag make this a good race. Earlier start time of 9am didn't deter plenty of spectactors from turning up. Not ideal PB territory because the climbs can catch you out but I run this route near enough every week because it's right by my work so I was well prepared. The finish on a gravel car park is not ideal as I nearly went over hitting the sharp turn in to it at speed but can see why they have to do it. Well worth entering, fills up every year.

In short: Excellent organisation as always by CONAC
In full: Well organised at the Ski-Club with easy parking at the nearby county hall.
The 2 lap race includes the long hill up through Trowse twice , but coming down through the Park towards the finish is a great feeling especially as I knew I was nearly 3 minutes inside my PB. A great memorable race, well done CONAC.

In short: A very enjoyable two lap race. Well done Norwich
In full: This was the first time I did this race coming up from Essex for the weekend thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely do it again.
The organisation was excellent, with good parking facilities, with friendly and helpful marshalls.
Medal and goody bag was very good with none of those useless leaflets. Well done Norwich

In short: Nicely organised, clubby two lap race in a quiet corner of Norwich with views of Whitlingham Broad
In full: Welldone to CONAC for the organisation of this race. You made it look easy and we all know it's not!

The Snowsports centre makes a comfortable base with changing and baggage facilities and chip timing is unusual for a club-race.

The two-lap course felt tougher than I expected. A long, long uphill drag (twice!) was challenging. The downhill a nice relief.

Water station, goody bag, medal online results etc. all nicely done belying some hard work behind the scenes I'm sure.

I was on my own and visiting from afar so appreciated the support from the small band of spectators near the Start and Finish.

In short: Great new course!
In full: I always do this race as I love running in the trowse!this year they changed the course a little still with the big hill though! I don't do this race to get a pb but you always know the race will run like clockwork as the city of Norwich team always put on a good race! Great day great turn out from the locals and great goody bag! I will always do it this race as its always enjoyable!

In short: Fantastic
In full: This was my first ever race and it got me hooked! It seemed very well organised, like clockwork! Apart from a hill (horrible in my opinion!) on both laps, it's quite a simple and easy course.

Will definitely do it again next year, and the year after!
