In short: What's not to like about a time trial/ race on a fast flat course, through pleasant parkland, photos, runners of all abilities and this morning it wasn't even raining! Even better it's free and this morning I smashed my pb!!!

In short: Superb FREE event open to ALL abilities. Go on give it a go.
In full: Very friendly event open to ALL. It would be nice to have TRUE ratings from people who have actually done the event, unlike James Barry 2 who has never done it. My question would be, What have you based your ratings on?
