In short: friendly, well supported rural race, looking forward to doing again :D
In full: my first time at this event, but thoroughly enjoyed it. a good no of supporters given the small, rural nature of the race. markers every mile, enough undulations to keep you interested and even perfect weather! looking forward to returning next year :D

In short: friendly undulating country fun
In full: Thoroughly enjoyed this 10k. Great friendly atmosphere, well organised, nice medal. Quite a few undulations but broke a long standing PB so very happy.

In short: Lovely day and a very pleasant race
In full: My first event of the year and has got me in the mood for more. Enjoyed it - great weather and seemingly well organised. Only saw 3 markers at 3, 5 and 6 miles. Would have been good to have had a few more.

There were some moderate hills to contend with but nothing too bad. Rural and pretty much traffic free.

In short: Nice race, pretty flat with no killer hills ;-) Water stop at 5 km was a shambles. Gorgeous weather made the day. y
In full: First race I've ever entered, part of training up for Chester Half Marathon in May.
Will definitely be running next year.
Was very disappointed by water stop - nothing lined up, and could only grab an inch of water in a cup, unless I'd stopped. Nowhere to toss cups though, so held on to it until end of race. Why did everyone have to chuck them ? Each marshall on course should have had a bin bag!
Markers only every mile - not every km as stated in listing.
