In short: fantastic scenic 10k for all levels, not to be missed
In full: Undulating course suitable for all levels, and PB potential for more experienced runners. Scenic 10k road race from the magnificent St Donats. Meet up before and after in the Arts Centre, enjoy the beach and fantastic views as well as enjoying running the race.

In short: Another lovely morning in the Vale!
In full: This little gem of a race is wonderful! A small turn out (379 this year) with a good mix of some very good club runners, veterans and Atlantic College students make it such a fun morning.Who needs mass starts and loads of support? The rural beauty of the Vale of Glamorgan carries you round!

In short: Overall an enjoyable race.
In full: A good atmosphere helped by the good weather. A large field compressed into a narrow road at the start made it difficult to get into your stride especially as many slower runners started from the front. As a result a PB would be hard to achieve.

In short: Thanks Guys, great morning run. T Shirt was an added bonus.
In full: Well organised, friendly, the marshalls were fun. Facilities are good and the T. Shirts in a selection of sizes for finishers were a welcome surprise. I wouldn't hesitate to bring beginners down for this race to introduce them to 10k running.

In short: Good to see this old friend back!
In full: A lovely day in the sunny Vale Of Glamorgan.
A cracking run throught the lanes,a gentle breeze and plenty of sunshine.
A tee shirt that fits! A spot prize with some excellent things in it.
Great to see so many people making the effort again.Lets embrace and keep this racegoing for ever!
(Only slight complaint though,is a paper cup of tea really £1.50?)

In short: Welcome back!
In full: Welcome back indeed to this brilliant race that sadly didn't happen in 2008. Weather was lovely, though the stiff breeze made us work quite hard at times. So also did the few inclines, which while not steep, are quite lengthy. It looks gorgeous, esp. with the sun shining on the sea, and thanks for all the encouragement from the marshalls. Well done to all the organisers, and to the college for bringing back this cracker of a 10k.
