In short: Not a bad little 5k run with some nice obstacles.
In full: Good value as we paid in advance as a team of 3, especially as we got an OK T-shirt and medal at the end. Some nice obstacles and plenty of cheeky little uphill sections to tire you out a bit more.
Only 2 gripes.
First, which isn't too major, some sections just a little run to add distance rather than part of it.
Second - some of the marshals where poor and on 4 occasions I nearly went the wrong way. Most where fine, encouraging and telling you relevant info. Some looked bored (I was in the 1st wave so no excuses) and didn't tell you what to do until youve nearly gone wrong.
Overall though, very enjoyable and a very fun day out. Would do it again for sure.

In short: Over priced and lacking energetic atmosphere
In full: The price for this is the most I've ever paid for a run or any description and when reviewing previous years it seems that rather than use the stadium grounds this year they opted to just use the ramps to run up and nothing inside the stadium/track area.
Couldn't quite see where the extra costs had gone as many of the obstacles were existing things such as climbing over seats, running up and down humps, climbing existing walls and fences.
Due ot the small groups at each wave there was never a big gathering (at the start or finish) that provides that energetic/exciting buzz.
Overall it was fun but I wouldn't expect to pay more than £15 for this event again let alone £50 which is what was being charged for on the day entries!

In short: dangerous climbing wall- fall off an your seriously seriously hurt !
In full: expect a fair few bruises and bashes-i'm black and blue ! - but please look out for the climbing wall - over 12ft with no safety harnesses or mats- bearing in mind too that you are soaking wet and you slip in wet trainers and loose your footing- and have to hang on the wall with your hands at points - i hope this is not a serious accident waiting to happen - but i fear it is
