In short: 1st 4m a breeze , then a bit cheeky
In full: Ran this whilst on my hols. Great back to basics race, no frills but know what you're going to get. Friendly & encoraging marshalling & nice "Mug" momento at the end with choccie eggs. My Almost Athletes of Cheltenham running colours very close to the hordes of St Austell runners that I think caused some confusion . Nice photos though from their "Pic Man" .

In full: Great marshals and a lovely atmosphere. Would definitely do it again. Thanks have to go to the "22 minutes to Tescos man" for helping me get through the first half. Wish I'd not thought it was marked in km!!

In short: Third time it's been run and as good as always.
In full: A good local 10k. Very quick first half, flattens out before a long steady hill at 4.5 miles. A quick last half mile after the hill.

Well organised and a good mix of runners including club runners and non club runners, quickies and slowies.

In short: Really enjoyable well organised race.
In full: Only 9 seconds off my PB. I was well ahead at 4 miles but slowed on the hill towards the end - not huge but on going - and knew I'd missed it with about 300 yards to go.
Definately one I'll do again.
Cheers to all the organisers - great fun.
