In short: A lot better than year before much improved all round
In full: Well done Bushy really enjoyed this years race. My apologies to one of your lady members I honestly did not mean to tread on her foot at the beginning. I can't have done any damage as she promptly sped past me on the course.
Will be back next year to hopefully improve the time.

In short: Great organisation and a quick course.
In full: Travelled from Nottingham to this quick course to try and get sub 50 for the first time. I did it - by 2 seconds - despite the warm and energy sapping weather so well worth the trip!

Signage, organisation and marshalling were brilliant. Almost all the marshalls I passed were clapping and giving encouragement, as were the people lining the last two hundred metres. Bushfield Joggers made every effort to ensure a smooth race from registration to medals. Water was plentiful and the goody bag was much needed and welcomed. It's not a scenic course, apart from the end through the woods where the shade was welcome. Will be back next year - even if they extend it to seven miles as suggested!

In short: Bushfield Joggers did themselves proud!
In full: Warm, slightly windy weather put paid to my PB attempt early doors, but a good race.

Bushfield Joggers organised this very well and had clearly taken the weather in to consideration, putting out additional water stations and handing out water to runners when they finished. Plenty of very cheery marshals out on the course, lots of signage.

The course itself isn't the most exciting - takes you round an industrial estate and through housing estates. Nice, cool wooded bit was a welcome break from the heat!

Nice atmosphere and a great range of abilities taking part.

Looking forward to trying to get a PB next year! Thanks to Bushfield for putting on another great race.
