In short: Not bad but room for improvment
In full: A hot day... Big thank you to the two ladies and kids with hose pipe and extra water stop.. Best support all day.. A few locals came out of the houses but no cheers.. Bit poor really.. Traffic was very bad in the village.. Cars just pulling out all over the place.. Tshirt very poor. Only one size and not good quality.. But never mind.. I got a nice run out.. Really did feel like a Saturday morning training run..

In short: Third time I've done this, and again it was a scorcher. Good fast, flat course with very enthusiastic marshalls. But I was disappointed with the t-shirt, the past 2 years the goody bags were brilliant.

In short: Brilliantly organised race from the Sleaford Striders. Worth running for the encouraging marshalls and the goody bag alone! This is the second time I've done this race and as Arnie said "I'll be back", plus I got a pb...
