In short: Muddy but fun
In full: Huge hill to start with, then the puddles began...good fun for my first off-road race. Thank you to a fellow runner who pulled me out of the muddiest section when I fell over!

In short: good hills mud and puddles!
In full: good local run, shame took a wrong turn and added a few kms onto the 10k! (and another hill) - make sure you follow the official arrows!
shame no sign of momento at end, although entry form said there was one.

In short: Another hard hill-training session
In full: Puddles were a bit deeper, wider and longer than previous years, still a good run with some worthy climbs.
