In short: No medal or goody bag and no chance of a PB with that gale along the seafront!

In short: Decent local race on a flat 10k
In full: This was an OK race, with very friendly marshals the real high point.

I'd only recommend it to people if they were chasing a PB opportunity though.

In short: Ok for locals who want a quick time
In full: The problem was that I did a 100 miles round trip in an attempt to do a pb (flat and fast course), but was thwarted by that Eastbound gale on the prom after the turnround each lap.

Modest cost, but half a stick of rock at the end did not "do it" for me.

Marshalling was pretty good though with some enthusiastic marshalls, and would return, if I was local, next year and hope the wind subsides to have another crack at a pb.

In short: Good, no frills race. Fast course, unless the wind picks up.

In short: Unfulfilled.....
In full: Fantastic weather, nice flat course, ran a PB but somehow disappointed. Ah, now I know why. No medal or goody bag.
