In short: Excellent mixed terrain race, I throughly enjoyed myself.
In full: I really good range of starting on the beach, some fast road running along the coast, some uphill and downhill cross country then back along the roads to finish down on the beach. Definitely not a PB course, but a very good challenge (wasn't as tough as I had expected though). Some great views as you ran along the coastal road and running on the beach was fun. Organisation very good, clear marshaling and start well organised (runners generally abided by advised minute-mile hold sections at the start and plenty of room to pass one another on the wide beach). Can't wait for next year!

In short: Very challenging, have to run up a huge muddy hill, then down it (which is just as tough), then go through the whole process again! Well worth doing (once!)

In short: Lots of fun. How did I not break an ankle?
In full: First tough ten and enjoyed all of it. Careering down muddy paths at high speed much more fun than a road race.
