In short: Good run. especially for those new to ultra running. Great organisation and company
In full: This was a good run with very welcoming people organising and running it. I should have mabye expected it as it was by the canal but did get boring at times. Also, caution, not all path, quite a bit of grass to run on.

In short: Well organised, easy to follow course
In full: A really enjoyable weekend. 4 checkpoints with food and drink, friendly marshalls, easy to follow route (I didnt need to get the map out). I was near the back so a lot of the time I couldnt see the person infront or behind but that was not a problem. The only thing I didnt like were the geese which scared me!!

In short: My second ultra. Just as good as the first day but sunnier (and slower !)
In full: I would strongly recommend this to people who want to go beyond a marathon. Rory, Andy and all the support team were brilliant and offered great encouragement, well stocked checkpoints for food and drink and great support whatever standard of running you are. Meeting others overnight and at breakfast was a big plus to learn about true endurance, the madness of the MdeS and how others train.
Rory - thanks my friend for a great weekend and for all the training advice to date
