In short: 3 lap fast flat course
In full: Basically 3 laps of Beddington park, pancake flat. Ideal for pacing and PB attempts. My best 10km time for 8 years. Very well organised and definitely should be on your list if you are after a fast 10km

In short: Flat, fast(ish) local 10k, well organised
In full: Slightly twisty, narrow paths means it's not lightning fast but a nice run through and round the park, good spectator support and very well marshalled - especially at the mild diversion created by the burst water main! Thanks for a well organised race, would definitely do it again.

In short: A well-organised race - I'd do it again next year.
In full: Lots of club runners in a nice, local race. Slightly congested at the start but I didn't find it as dangerous/problematic as others have said. Flat, fast course and, best of all, no queue at the toilets!

In short: Quick course, could be quicker
In full: Pre race organisation very good. The start - Sutton runners why don't you start the race on the road near the animal rescue centre. This will save the grind to a holt after the first 100 metres! Knowing the problem with getting over the bridge (congestion) I started 20 seconds after the off - however I then had a really slow start to get through the field on the first 2k. If the organisers can sort out the start this would be a really great race. Marshalls on the day were good (as usual). Did not see all the kilometer markers? The momento was disappointing!

In short: Really good, well organised event
In full: The only thing I'd say against this course is the narrow pavements and some of the narrow pathways. It was quite hard to overtake in the first few Ks, but that just provided interesting challenges.

Saying that, I was happy with my time, and so getting past people can't be that much of a hinderance.

I'm not sure what people are talking about when they say they couldn't hear the race start, a massive air horn was sounded, I heard it perfectly well. Perhaps the people that couldn't were the annoying people that were wearing iPods!

Thanks to Sutton Runners and all the marshalls etc, I really enjoyed the run.
