In short: A Good Day Out Running in the Capital
In full: Lovely day, goody bag not great but organisation was excellent. Some of the marshals were disinterested and very quiet.

In short: Well organised race through Buckingham Palace to Bank and back again
In full: My only problem with this race was the overly staggered start. The radio announcer proudly announced the race leader was over half way through the course before my section was allowed to cross the start line. This was very annoying. I felt sorry for the people at the back as I was placed in the middle start group.

In short: Once again superb organisation, this must be the best organised mass participation 10k in the UK. Already entered again for next year.

In short: Great day, great race, great support
In full: My first race in London, I was a little apprehensive but no need, it was really well organised. Plenty of toilets, fast moving queues, well marshalled, amazing atmosphere in my pen, (green A) brilliant compare, and a wonderful course. I loved the drummers under the bridge, very motivating, and the run through a quiet part of of the city on a Bank Holiday morning was lovely. The best bit was the finish along the Mall, WOW! I'm not planning to do it again only because I want to keep the lovely memories, but I will be doing some of the other BUPA 10ks.
