In short: Challenging multi-terrain 10k
In full: 2 short laps around a field, then 2-3 miles on the road, followed by a few miles through woods, a quarry and muddy tracks. Includes one nasty hill not far from the end.

In short: Hard, but great fun!
In full: steep hills, river crossings, mud, a quarry, gates to negotiate and a 1:4 hill- all on a scorching hot day- great fun! :)
