In short: Great race, great organisation, great cause
In full: A great 10k on quiet country roads, enough inclines to make the course interesting, plus decent t-shirt and medal at the end, so thanks to all involved.

In short: Nice course with PB potential - money to good cause
In full: Standing in the wind on the airfield waiting for a bus for nearly 20 mins was not a great start. Being told off by marshalls and police at start for standing in the road when there were 500 runners trying to make their way to the start was a bit pointless but otherwise an enjoyable morning out.

In short: Fairly flat - would have been quick if it hadn't been windy
In full: Great sunny day, although a cold start and very windy making a pb tricky. Parking is at North Weald airfield with a shuttle bus - cheerful helpful drivers, but standing waiting for a bus takes the edge off the fun. Start is from the pub up the road but finishes at the hospice where there was lots of support. Goody bag not very special, but that means more cash to the charity. Energy drink at finish but no water, which is a shame as bottled water and energy drinks available at 5.8k, but a big bottle was too much and most got thrown away after a few sips. Glad that I hung onto mine for the rest of the race. Barbeque at finish. Well organised bag drop - you had to show your number to collect your bag which a good idea.
