In short: do the parkrun on a Saturday twice instead and save your money
In full: the race was fine - bit like parkrun x 2!! expensive for what was delivered. Very disappointed with the cheap medal and t-shirt. Why are there only ever large t-shirts?? and cheap cotton - really? why do either of those things. Don't tell me it is impossible to predict what size t-shirts are required - top tip.... ask on the entry form. Like a LOT of the runners I am female and small so there was no point in taking a shirt so didn't. £11 is cheaper than many races but is £11 for very little

In short: Good try - but must try much harder!
In full: Good point? The setting is glorious!
Bad points? nearest toilets to start were locked. Marshalls all seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else. long wait to collect numbers. long wait to get t-shirt. Tesco of the race world? more like Primark!.

In short: No distance markers except at 6k, Marshalls or welcome wasn't particularly enthusiastic. There is a 10k in the same park one week later which is cheaper. I would ditch the t shirt and medal for a lower fee. Nice scenery, and a fast course.

In short: Awful organisation, queued half an hour to get number then half an hour for medal. Moody marshals, won't do again.

In short: Great PB potenital when the weather is good.
In full: What a great setting, and spirits only slightly dampened by the weather. Great PB potential. It's a lovely park run and the organisation was ok, though one of the distance markers seemed to be some way off.

In short: Where are the results!!!!!!!
In full: Why were there only two distance markers - one of which was about a km out of place?
Frankly - organisation was terrible, I'm a first timer and it annoyed me. I'd finished by this time yesterday and still dont know how long it took me. I get involed in organising rowing events which are a lot more complicated and we do a much better job.
