In short: Great time trial race
In full: A well organised event, along an almost flat disused railway with pb potential.

In short: Brilliant race, we will be back again next year.
In full: Great race really enjoyed the course, not often that you get a race where you get to see the front runners on their way back to the finish. Will be back next year, if only to better my finishing position – not to be last again!

In short: Good ... and Bad
In full: Did the 10K. As mentioned by others the Registration was a bit of a pain. 1 queue including both pre-entered (like me) and those entering on the day. Loved the time trail format though and was a fast course. Nice medal but goody bag not worth doing in my opinion and still good value was cheap to enter.

Hope to be back next year.

In short: Nice run, well marshalled, friendly and good organisation.
In full: Registration was fine when I pitched up. Warm welcome - advanced info was good. Time trial format was different, less pressure other than against yourself. Marshals were great and the route was scenic enough. I will be there next year.

In short: Very nice Easter Monday morning run, beats being dragged round shops!!
In full: Very enjoyable 10 mile run, beat last years time by nearly 2 minutes which was very pleasing, marshalls were very encouraging, start well organised, course easy to navigate. Organisation at the registration was good when I got there, I registered on the day & was registered in 3 minutes & that included filling the form in! think the people who are complaining about it been disorganised may of got there late. Will be back next year, hopefully another 2 minutes off.

In short: A bit disorganised - but give 'em a break!
In full: Yes, there was a 30 minute queue to get your number and timing chip, and yes, the guy behind me was told that his 10 mile race had already started (!) but, the guys on the start/finish line were very friendly and supportive and the route (straight out for half your distance and then turn around and run back again) was fairly scenic and rural with dog walkers and horse riders thrown in for good measure!
I enjoyed it and have never run a time trial format before (no start time as such - you just strat when you're ready and your chip does the timing). I found this more informal and relaxed - ideal for a newbie.
Perhaps more people sorting everyone out at the registration point (or 3 queues for the different dstances) would help for next year - I'll be back!

In short: averagely boring...
In full: this was a good quick race, pleased to get a pb, but the organisation at the leisure centre stunk nearly as bad as the changing rooms and the goody bag left much to be desired! lovely marshalls at the start point though, and you could do worse on an easter monday :)

In short: Flat quick course through nice scenery
In full: The flat course lets you zone out and just run. Few muddy patches on the day made it interesting, but mostly just get your stride on and go.
