In short: great location !!
In full: Good race, great location,m with plenty of shade which was useful as the weather was pretty warm!!
As with previous comments there was a danger of crossing other runners in the second half of the race, as well as trying to avoid cyclists, dogs and walkers!!
Thought it was a bit pricey compared to the Ealing race, which we did after this one, but did enjoy the experience overall.

In short: well organized race on a lovely course. Some crowding on the way back but worked out fine.

In short: Despite being a flat course it is not the easiest 10k I have ran and I was not close to a PB here. Along the towpath it is very stoney.
In full: The main issue I have with this course is that when you come out of the park back onto the tow path your running into the direction of all the other runners, this is only going to be an issue if your one of the quicker runners I would suggest however I lost valuable seconds having to run behind park benches and slow down due to oncoming runners cyclists and dogs, quite frustrating as your momentum is broken along the route back from 6k - 8k, then it opens up again. Also the race starts in the first 1k having to run up some stairs to get onto the towpath when this is not needed! You can get onto the tow path by running around the corner!

In short: Promised staggered starts never materialised. Resulted in lots of congestion for the first couple of km. Plus dangeous as one side of the path had no boundary to a serious drop into the river. But course was flat and encouraged a sprint finish.

In short: Congested start (first 3k) but fine after. Great feature of being able to get your exact time straight after the race.
In full: Well organised and good value. It gets congestesd very early on when you hit the tow path but the field starts to spread out by 3-4km mark, then by the time you're doing the loop to come back there's plenty of room to run. Surface on the tow path isnt the nicest to run on but scenery is nice.

In short: Very narrow beginning to the race which made it difficult to get going properly. Too congested!!

In short: Good race. Spot prizes and some sort of prize giving would make it a bit more social and keep people hanging around after
