In short: Great race, well organised over a challenging, scenic route that was still good despite the wind and rain! Thankyou marshals! See you next time!

In short: Lovely low-key but friendly race, challenging enough and very scenic in places - highly recommended.
In full: Have done the 10K a few times, but first time I had been able to do the 10 miler, and was not disappointed. The course challenging enough (somewhere between undulating and hilly) but not too daunting for the less adventurous, also very scenic in places, especially between around 4 and 6 miles (which co-incides with getting the worst of the hills out of the way at around 4 ish). Chatted with some lovely friendly local ladies on the way round - in all a very pleasant morning out.

In short: Undulating was too kind. distinctly hilly, I thought, but very well organized, no fear of getting lost, and hey, ho, I won the Aged Females award. what more could you want?

In short: This was my first first 10 mile. I was worried I'd be at the back on my own, esp due to low numbers, but there were a few slower runners. I enjoyed it, will deff do it next year.

In short: Great views make the first uphill half worthwhile
In full: Great little town to start in, then a quick first mile before 4 more taking you up to the top of the down: stunning panoramas.

Fortunately mostly downhill after that and some picturesque villages to pant and sweat through.

The few spectators were very encouraging and friendly, as were the marshalls.

All in all a great race, made better bu the fact the weather held!
