In short: A good little race, however PB potential ruined by heat and stron greezes.
In full: A good race, however the organisers advertised a t-shirt was the momento, but all that was given was a glass paperweight thing. Marshalling was somewhat hap-hazard, with marshalls at certain points allowing athletes to take the wrong turn, or indeed climb through railings. The results took an age to be published, and once they were they are not correct with male runners identified as females, and club names incorrectly shown. This race previously has had the results out the same day with free photos to download. This year they took 3.5 days to get the results out. Will definitely not do again

In short: Seems more like a fun run
In full: Well organised run but quite low key. Potentially a PB course but too much of a head wind going out and too hot overall to run fast this year.

In full: As the 2008 10k East Coast Classic was my first 10k ever, I will always support this event as long as I am able. Friendly people, well-organised, nice location in good weather and the glass memento was different and has been much admired.

In short: Good race but wouldn't do again
In full: Overall the race was good well marshalled and a potential pb race but they stated on rw that the prize would be a t shirt and it wasn't it was a medal and the people who signed up on the day never got one as they didn't order enough.
I've done it but don't think I'll be going back.

In short: A very enjoyable race, will be back next year
In full: Almost a pancake flat course, a bit breezy on the what out, hot on the way back. Well marshalled, well supported by the bemused and confused holiday makers, decent goody bag, the banana, Cereal bar and jelly beans were soon hoovered up! Fiv it a go!!!!

In short: Well organised & great value.
In full: This was great for the kids as well who played on the beach whilst the race was on. A great one for the family, if the weather had been better it would have been great for a day out as there were showers available after the race. The minutes silence for 9/11 was a thoughtful touch.

In full: Only dissappointment was the incomplete results, ie missing age information which the vets look forward to seeing!

In full: As close as any race could be to the sea without being in it. Shame about the breezy conditions though. Thoroughly well organised by Mablethorpe - well done.
