In short: My first proper event and it definitely motivated me to run more. I was so inspired I even ran a full marathon!

In short: Excellent and scenic race
In full: Fantastic scenic course through the Chase.

Well organised, especially for a new race.

Be back next year!

Hills were tough but bearable, but think this is a hard course for beginners/charity runners.

In short: Good well organised local race.
In full: Good well organised local race. Challenging hilly course. Not a pb course. Also for a good cause. Would recomend this to all.
Only thing to change would be finish. Finish line not very clear & timing clock hidden.
Very good 1st attempt at organising this race.

In short: Hilly but rewarding
In full: Nice clear signposting + plenting of free parking by race start. Marshalls were friendly. The course was hilly, but not oppressively tough. Think I too extended my run (inadvertantly) as the finish line was far from clear, but overall a great race & planning to return

In short: Very good race, scenery was great
In full: The race was great, a very fast downhill start, followed by an undulating course which was challenging but very godd. The scenery was fantastic. I thought the organisation could be a bit better, but I think this was the first time it had been held here. My main issue was at the end where I thought I had finished because there were so many stewards but I didn't see the line which had been sprayed on the floor. But overall I would recommend doing the race.

In short: Good course with a couple of nasty hills.
In full: Great day out. No T-shirt though. A hard course for beginners. Was advised not to wear trail shoes, but combat boots were needed for some parts of the course.
