In short: Fast scenic course, bonus of a Pipe Band finish! In full: Definite PB potential, very little traffic on roads out and traffic free along the Tarka trail on way back. For a smallish race the organisation was great. Quality t-shirt as a momento. Date of review: September 6, 2009

In short: this was my first 10 mile road race. all in all very pleased with my experience In full: this was a nice course to run, plenty of nice views, some undulation at the start but the return part of the run is completely flat.
the pace seemed to be quite fast - i did feel a little pushed at times but overall its was a very pleasant experience and i would recommend anyone running their first 10 miler to do it at Bideford. the marshalling was excellent plenty of water stations and all finishers received a Bideford 10 mile printed technical T-shirt, overall race management i would say was superb :-)
thanks to those at Bideford AAC for an excellent experience - i hope to see you all next year for the BideFord Half Marathon in March Date of review: September 6, 2009
