In short: At least we beat the 75 year old.......
In full: Good run, definitely with some hills and slight potential to get lost, someone always pinches the arrow signs when they go up before ready for a saturday night!
Excellent ron hill t shirt making it great value, and agree with t'other review that the finish line wasn't immediately obvious. Great relaxed feel though, and would love to meet the girl we parked our car next to again! (yes I was the one with the mate who was smoking and then running!)

In short: First time and really enjoyed it.
In full: I'd perhaps have to disagree with the 'jog leader' that there were no hills - a large proportion of the first 5k was up hill - but they were only small ones for Huddersfield I suppose. Despite this I was really pleased with my time. Great Ron Hill tech t-shirt at the end and only £7 (and no surcharge for entering on the day). Very friendly atmosphere with a wide range of abilities. Will definitely do this one again. My only small criticism is that when you're approaching the track at the end it's not obvious where to go. There were plenty of marshalls on the route but one wouldn't have gone a miss here to point you in the right direction. Only a very small thing though and didn't detract from my enjoyment. Thanks Kirklees!
