In short: Aching all over today, very enjoyable team effort!
In full: Entered with 7 other friends in two teams of 4. We decided to stick together round the course and had a fantastic time. Loved running through the water hazards, scrambling under the cargo net and hurdling the smaller jumps. Was pooped by the second lap and had the boys hauling me over some of the higher obstacles. The hill halfway round was a killer, had to walk up that the second time.

Disappointed to see on the results that despite all 8 of us crossing the finish line together, one of the teams is listed DNF/S. I can only presume some of the chips were not working as many of the other teams are also listed as DNF/S. There are some teams listed as DQd for finishing over 10 secs apart so if lots of chips were defunct that needs looking at!!

I would definitely do this again next year, it was so much fun I'd recommend it to anyone!

In short: Good fun!
In full: I really enjoyed running this course, it made a nice change from just pounding the pavements. There was a nice variety of obstacles.
It was a real shame about the lack of any kind of momento at the finish, maybe this will be improved apon in the future as this is the first time this event has been staged.
There was a real friendly atmosphere and evryone was there to have a fun race, the cold seemed to do little to damper the high spirits!
There is certainly room for improvement on this event and fingers crossed that this event will go from strength to strength.
A few more portaloos would not go a miss either!!!

In short: some fun obstacles, a bit of water, overall fun but nothing too tricky
In full: cold morning but everyone seemed in good spirits.agreed with the others about a disappointing finish , just a bottle of water for a £44 4-man team. Such an unusual race desevered an unusual momento, a comedy t-shirt even

In short: fun race, ideal for beginners wanting something a bit different
In full: I enjoyed this race, obstacles were good. I do think it was slightly expensive. I don't understand why it started late?, as it wasn't massively busy...and it was freezing!!!

No medal or T shirt, a piece of fruit might have been nice. I did enjoy it, but thought this was a bit average. A real fun run though, and great for beginners wanting to get a bit wet and muddy.

In short: fun race but poor organisation and expensive
In full: Overall the race was fun but considering that there was no finishing momento other than a bottle of water it was a very expensive race! T-shirts available but at an extra cost! I wouldn't do it again, shame!I didn't see any markings directing you to the race from the road either so it was hard to find even once in the centre!
