In short: great weekend
In full: Went over to Jersey for the weekend. Had a great time. Everything thought of. Nice early start was good as route not traffic free. Really good atmospere with a lot of 'off-islanders' in attendance. Surprisingly fast course even though 1-3miles a bit of a grind. Thank you everyone who helped put on a great show (with special thanks to mary).

In short: Modern Hotels Jersey Half Marathon 2009
In full: This was my first half marathon, and I thoroughly enjoyed it!
The organisation of the race was good, well marshaled and excellent support given by the locals around the three parishes.
No I-pod/MP3 players was allowed on the course (not sure if this is the norm?).
I will definitely do this race again.
