In short: Well organised, flooding led to a revised route, nice scenery, I discovered 'undulating' to be a relative term, will be back next year, nice one Wye Valley

In short: Lovely route and great organisation
In full: Despite flooding affecting the towpath and the car parks, the event went ahead with an altered start / finish.

Lovely route predominately on country lanes. The undulations make it interesting and mildly challenging.

Well organised with a friendly atmosphere and speedy results. Good changing facilities & showers. Nice slate coaster as a memento. Thank you to all involved.

In short: A testing challenge with a great atmosphere
In full: Nice country lanes and a race with a friendly buzz. Undulations needing reasonable effort, and positive marshaling all round. Slate coaster was a momento with a difference. A good start to anyone's running year. Thank you Wye Valley!

In short: A good way to ring in the New Year.
In full: The marshalling was top quality, they were friendly and encouraging to us back runners. Not many non club runners-a bit daunting for the slow and very amateur.

In short: Nice one to start the New Year
In full: Great one to start the New Year excellent turnout despite the freezing conditions.

Tougher than I remember, the undulations seemed a lot bigger than in previous years that might have had something to do with all the excess food consumed over Christmas.

Great atmosphere after the race in the rowing club, fast results service and free biscuits and squash at the end. All for six quid what a bargain!

Big thanks to all the marshalls who game up their new years morning to stand in the freezing temperatures. Thank you.

The conditions were't the best it was scary in places especially at 5 km with sheet ice on the road.
