In short: Beautiful scenery, fun course, good value for money. I've ran up many hills in my career but this one by far the biggest and toughest, I will have nightmares of this hill
In full:
For a cross country course you can't ask for much more. Horse rider sets the race off and leads the way for the first 2K which was a first for me. Fantastic scenery and one massive hill which will test you early on. After this pretty much flat and fast weaving in and out of woodlands which was fun. Couple of stiles to jump over also. Well marshalled and mapped out throughout the course with water station half way round. A very enjoyable course which I will do again next year as entry is a great value for money.

In short: great fun with excellent views - brilliant value
In full: second year and the hill has not got any smaller !! Great run really enjoyable. thankyou to the lady marshall at the top of the hill for her fantastic encouragement even though the hill was a killer i was laughing at her jumping up and down shouting to "keep going and its really flat from here "
A very well organised run that is fantastic value for money with entry to the horse trials included. A great day out. I am not a club runner but was made to feel very welcome. Thanks Grantham AC

In short: Great race, well organised and real, real value for money for entry to Horse Trials too, you would be mad not to do this event.
In full: Well done the organisers of this race, it is a real value for money race. Saving loads on entry to the brilliant horse trials too. Very encouraging support from Marshall's and nice touches too with the biccies, jaffa cakes etc. Having organised similar events it was nice to take part for a change. Regards the run itself well not for the faint hearted, well done to all those at the front, they must be made of tough stuff. A nice scenic course, challenging, especially the hill, the hardest 10k route I have done, but one of the best. Well done Grantham AC. If I am to be critical just one point water bottles at 5k would have been tops instead of struggling downhill with a plastic cup.
