In short: Loved the climbs
In full: Everytime I thought I was heading for a good time, I got caught out by an impending Hill grr no fair. All the runners were really friendlly and will be looking to do the series again next year.

In short: Tough as! At least this month's version ends downhill, making a good end to a tough series.
In full: As you set off on these races you're often flying down a hill, only to be hit by the thought "every down has an up". And boy, are there some ups! A real test of whether you can get legs moving again once they're full of lactic acid from plodding/walking up a hill, great atmosphere and a really good atmosphere - possibly the fact that the field seems to be full of triathletes and first timers makes for a difference from most road race/club cross countries, and I'm enjoying the difference.

In short: Well, we did it in 35lb pack and boots and weren't last! But ouch.
In full: Probably the hardest I have ever pushed a race, felt ill during, ill after and hooky now but what an experience. And good to see the "old" March course is back. Just pain and hills. See you all next year!

In short: Great organisation, very challenging, but good fun.
In full: This is a great series of races; near perfect organisation and friendly marshalls. Race 3 seemed to hurt even more than race 2. These are challenging races but really good fun. Many thanks.
