In short: Well organised and marshalled on a sunny and 'brisk' Autumn morning.
In full: 12k was a nice distance to do as it incorporates some fairly testing inclines. As a 'next-step' from flattish 10k runs this would be a good choice.

In short: 2nd year for me and loved it even more this time.
In full: Excellent organisation of a very warm and friendly event. Glad to see a greatyer turnout than last year.

In short: A Good challenge, plenty of ups and a few quick downs
In full: Marshalls were excellent, the course not to be taken lightly, a good test of your strength and some speed work.

Great medal as well.
