In short: Well organised, friendly, lcoal race
In full: Very much enjoyed this race. Two lap mult-terrain course with a nice loop that makes it very accessible to spectators. Plenty of marshalls so no potential to go wrong. And an adequate goody bag for what is ultimately a charity race. Excellent.

In short: Flat off-roader, great for a first time trail-runner.
In full: This is a nice local race, organised by mainly non-runners (which explains the vast quantities of tape around the course!). It helps the local Lions charities and there's usually several people in fancy dress (yes, one of them was me... and yes, I was on the front page of the Wiltshire Times website!). The course is fairly flat, with a few gentle slopes, there are plenty of marshals and the 2 lap course visits the water station twice. A great introduction to trail running for all those road-runners out there, or a gentle trot around the park for off-roaders! :) Only gripe this year was the lack of water at the finish, there was only a small container that had to be frequently refilled. Will be back next year. :)

In short: Friendly , very well organised race, competing with Bowood 10k charity race. Special thanks for the help in getting me to the start in time , having left it very late to cycle from Bath.

In short: Well organised
In full: Friendly marshallers and good markings. Two water stops during the race and at good places. Only suggestion would be to have a bigger water canister at the finish as, when i went through the finish line, they'd run out and were refilling it so i had to wait a few mins. Overall a nice race.
