In short: fast, fast, fast
In full: A nice flat course, not the most interesting of run (2 x 5k route) yet local strawberries and the most delicious Victoria Sponge cake I've ever tasted made it a good morning

In short: Fantastic support on a nice flat course
In full: Great race. Marshalls were really supportive - a big thank you to them - and a big thank you to the Race Entry Secretary too.

My only little suggestion would be that I didn't find it very clear exactly where the finish line was as it looked like there were a few painted lines on the floor. After going on a bit of a sprint, I stopped thinking I'd done enough - but I wasn't over the line. Probably my fault for being a bit visionally challenged!

Overall enjoyed the race but just wish my legs had felt like going a bit quicker!
Thank you to all who organised/helped!

In short: Very well organised - the cakes were a nice touch :o)
In full: First time I have run Larkfield - very impressed with the organisation, marshalls were fab and the children at the water station were really encouraging. But what made it for me were the cakes and refreshments at the end - so much choice, I went for the blueberry sponge finally and it was delicious!

Great PB potential (got mine by about 10-11 secs), only shame it that it isn't chip timed as provisional results are showing me outside my PB but I started at the back so crossed the start line a fair few seconds after the elite runners.

I will definitely do it next year - hopefully in better health. Not sure it was wise to run after suffering a tummy bug!

Well done Larkfield AC - you should be very proud.

In short: Excellent race well done to Larkfield AC
In full: Thanks for Larkfield AC for organising this race; thanks to the marshals for giving their time to this excellent cause.

I enjoyed the course greatly. It was very pleasant to run. Some was on roads, but they seemed very quiet.

Details of the course for those interested. My garmin made the course 9.94km and gross climb of 45m, which is very flat indeed.
