In short: Very enjoyable race on scenic country roads.
In full: Course run over quiet country lanes, with a couple of hills to challenge you. A really nice little race, very friendly and a good little momento at the end.

In short: Beautiful setting - nice road race
In full: For a complete beginner this was an excellent race to choose. A small number of runners, a relaxed atmosphere and a lovely rural setting in deepest Norfolk. Very happy to finish and a great experience.

In short: Well organised for a 'first' race in Edingthorpe. Hot day but water stop very welcome. Ice cream at the finish.

In short: Great scenery, and well organised. A few hills to contend with, and unbelievebly hot day. And they sold ice cream at then end!

In short: Nice scenic 4 mile run, combined with a friendly atmosphere, plus a great first timers race!
In full: Nice scenic 4 mile run, combined with a friendly atmosphere, plus a great first timers race! As this was the first Edingthorpe 4 mile run, I entered it. The back lanes were very quiet and I only so the one car which was good. The whole event was well organised with refreshments at the other end. However, my only disappointment was to receive a pen for finishing rather than a medal as mentioned on the online entry page on this website.

In short: Very enjoyable race with great organisation. Route mainly on very quiet back lanes through fields and village of Edingthorpe where locals came out to cheer you on. Hopefully this will become an annual event.
