In short: Pretty scenery with very friendly runners and organisers
In full: First time I had done this, and although I found the three loops a bit of a strain (it was only my second half) the countryside was lovely and more than made up for the pouring rain we had for most of the time! Runners that lapped me were encouraging and friendly, and the marshalls and timing people from North Norfolk Beach Runners were great too. Shame a lovely event and a new PB for me was spoiled by the very rude attitude of one of the villagers in the hall at the end.

In short: superb event
In full: long horned shaggy cattle; donkies and beautiful cottage gardens are what you get running this delightful rural race. extraordinarily friendly people raising money to keep the community spirit alive. fantastic little event DO NOT change it please! there are planty of bigger events around for the elite runners. A tough three laps with little undulations and a small climb at the end. But you have the option to do what you distance you feel like which is a really good novel idea.
I loved this one came closer to the back then would have liked but i`ll be nack next year to make an improvement.

Thank you so much Hanworth your village and villagers are just picture postcard
