In short: well worth turning up for, great route and excellent organisation
In full: Did this in 2010 and really loved it, and it didn't disappoint this time round. Feels very welcoming and well organised. Nice closed country lanes route with a gentle incline to warm your legs and lungs up. Good mix of running abilities. Nice first race for anyone thinking about it.

In full: Really nice event set in nice countyside. Village green feel about it. Nice testing hill to keep you interested and a fabulous reception at end. Fund raising event and was happy with just a medal. Will be back again with a few more club members.

In short: Very enjoyable and a nice route! Made a whole day out of it.
In full: This was my boyfriend's first running event - and he loved it! The route was lovely, scenic and straight forward with a slow incline for the first 2k. Didn't quite get a PB but nevermind! LOVED watching the Kids 1.5k Challenge.and looking round the various stalls and the Police Dog Unit show.

The organiser even spoke to me as he ran past me, offering words of encouragement! Lovely.
