In short: Great race, great organisation, great mud!
In full: Well done Ilford a well organiesd event. First time here so can't compare previous but hilly and wet and mild = mud so not a PB course for me.

In short: Unlike last year... there was MUD...
In full: ...which was nice!
Race no.3 of 7 of the ELVIS series, nicely organised and excellent course, around lake and up Newman Hill... twice.

In short: Classic cross country, minus the mud!
In full: A beautiful course, on well maintained paths entirely within hainault forest. One nasty uphill section which you have to do twice but unlike usual x-country races there is no congestion, no danger of getting lost and, being july, no mud.

Excellent organisation, especially post race with race HQ being a pub! Perfect "turn up and run" fun.
